REMEMBERING THAT DAY

Clock turned full circle
And reached the start
Between the start and restart
The whole world changed
And the colour of our friendship too
It’s as if yesterday it happened
We met and came nearer
The evening was so lovely
So are the many we shared together
But true to human nature
The more one gets, more one craves
Forgive me if I am selfish
For I can’t stop loving you
You are so sweet then
You are more sweeter now.
